  service was normal at first! then it turned awfully awkward when we brought their van in back in tiptop condition, tank filled up as required BUT then charged us another 95quid which is a whole 24hours on tops without any knowledge of mentioning at pickup or in their poxy paperwork that anything after 4 hours return will be billed at 24 hours!!!!! now here is the FACTS, if we already know this why would we go through the effort of returning the van 16hours earlier to then gain 16hours on us renting out to someone else, its pointless really as we were not aware they still insisted and took 95quid off us, even though an email was sent to inform of my partners hospitalisation during the move process dealyed us 8hours longer hence making us returning the van exactly 8hours late and the shock of it was the silly ignorant and naive bimbo wanna be at the front desk laughed off the fact that my partners hospitalisation delayed van return and said its all fine and then just wondered off!
